4. That this agreement shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; and
5. That any dispute related to this agreement and/or Renée’s services shall be resolved in the Hampshire County courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
